Sarah:

Hi, my name is Sarah Lyall. This is my husband, Graham. We’ve been clients with Transform coming up to 10 years now, and our adviser is Angus Kirk.

We needed help initially as we inherited some money. So, we needed to find the best way to invest this money that would work to our advantage and help secure our futures.

Graham:

I was actually working with an independent financial adviser in my local area, and he was retiring. The predecessor to Transform Bridge Investments took over his clientele, which I was wiped off. So, we were inherited, if you like. Rather than I found you, you found me.

Sarah:

I think what made us stick with Transform was the fact that Angus very quickly arranged face-to-face appointments with all his new clients that he’d taken over from our previous financial adviser. He made us feel at ease; he made things easy. He’s very easy to get on with, he’s very, very approachable. He made sure that he knew what we wanted, and he strove to achieve that for us.

Graham:

Now I’ve retired, he helped me through that retirement process. He gave me all the paperwork he had ever been through for the checks, and so I just signed a few pieces of paper, and Angus did all the work for me. It was just a dream; it was so easy.

I’m very happy with this whole situation with Transform. I’ve never had any problems with them. If I’ve had any queries about, for example, the shares or stocks plummeting in the markets, they are very quick to reassure me and let me know that everything is on hand. They have their finger on the pulse.

Sarah:

I feel secure. I feel secure that they have our best interests at heart, and that they are always looking to see that our investments are working for us. They will ask if there is anything they can do to make it better. Do we need anything else? They’re always only a phone call or an email away. Their response to a phone call or email is almost instantaneous.

Graham:

The three words that I’d use to describe Transform would be available, friendly and efficient.

Sarah:

The best thing about working with Transform is knowing that my money is being looked after. I’m not having to wake up in the middle of the night wondering what’s happening with my money. If anything, they will be in touch with me if anything needs adjusting or amending. They take the worry out of my investments; they worry, so I don’t have to.

Graham:

The single best piece of advice he could have given me was “Leave it to me. I’ll take care of it.”

Two of my ex-working colleagues have also retired within the last two to three years. I passed on the information to Transform and I’m happy to say that both are now clients with Transform. So, I have no qualms whatsoever in putting forward their credentials to other people.
