About Lucy
Lucy began her career in financial services in 2014 in the administration space and is now an experienced practice manager. Her role includes overseeing and improving client-focused and business processes, internal documentation and risk management, checklists and working alongside Shadi & Angus to achieve business objectives for the firm.
Outside of work Lucy enjoys spending her time with husband Paul, son Hunter and their Borgi puppy, Benji.
An interesting fact about me
I joined the profession as an apprentice administrator, not knowing the career path I wanted to take. I very quickly fell in love with the financial planning space and have never looked back!
